Great Friday Find! I bought 2!
Hi everyone....Random place to share an Artichoke Dip recipe but I'm not very familiar with "the blogging"....so here is the recipe...One(1) can of "Maria" Artichoke Quarters. There is a recipe on the back of the can. Maria's Hot Artichoke Dip...I modify the recipe by using 1/2c Roccata Cheese and 1/2c Mayo. No onions, no tomatos and add a couple cloves of garlic. I also sprinkle in some salt and pepper and some Old Bay seasoning...Easy peazy :)
